Downunder Horsemanship will be closed Friday, July 3rd in observance of Independence Day as we celebrate the holiday with family and friends. Although Clinton is extremely proud to be an Australian, he also loves the United States of America and holds dual citizenship in both countries.

Did you know?

  • Clinton first came to the United States in 1995 as an eager 20-year-old trainer to briefly apprentice under some of the country’s top reining trainers.
  • Clinton returned to Australia and his own training barn, where he took in horses for the public and trained his personal performance horses, including his standout mare, Mindy.
  • In 1997, Clinton moved to the States fulltime and then established Downunder Horsemanship in 1998. He arrived in the country with the clothes on his back, $400 cash, a couple of his favorite bridles, a big dream and an undying work ethic.
  • On February 21, 2006, Clinton took his Oath of Allegiance at the U.S. District Courthouse in Columbus, Ohio to become an American citizen.
