Clinton’s Headed to Australia This Week

Clinton hopped on an airplane today en route to Queensland. After a visit with his family, he’ll meet up with Ian Francis at the Queensland State Equestrian Centre in Caboolture. The horsemen are joining forces to put on a two-day seminar in which horse owners from all around the country will attend.

Clinton considers Ian to be the best horseman in the world and spent a year apprenticing with the acclaimed trainer. Ian is a five-time Australian National Reining Horse Futurity champion, a four-time National Reining Horse Derby champion, and a three-time Australian National Cutting Horse Association Futurity champion and was inducted into the Australian Quarter Horse Association Hall of Fame, the Australian NCHA Hall of Fame and the Reining Australia Hall of Fame. Clinton worked for Ian before starting his own training barn in Australia and credits the knowledge he learned from the legendary horseman for helping him establish the career he has today.

Ian and Clinton joined forces in 2015 and 2017 to put on a similar event with much success and can’t wait to offer even more instruction and inspiration this weekend. A detailed schedule of the training demonstrations Clinton and Ian will share can be found on the Downunder Horsemanship website. Tickets can be purchased on the QSEC website.
